Assuming the role of President in 2023, Justin continues to develop and maintain long lasting relationships with customers based on trust and loyalty ensuring the Client receives the attention to detail and commitment they deserve from a General Contractor.
Justin manages the day-to-day activities of construction projects from inception to closeout. He ensures that the client's expectations are fulfilled and the construction product is acceptable to the SBG standard, while working with the superintendents and subcontractors to accurately schedule and execute the projects. Justin also manages Preconstruction Services for clients including budgeting, scheduling, and pricing.
Justin has a Bachelor of Science in Building Science from Auburn University.

With over three decades of experience Construction Industry, John focuses on financial matters and general counsel with the company. John served for sixteen years as President until stepping down in 2019 to take a part-time role in the company, while pursuing an active role in the community.
John has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Technology from Indiana State University (1986) as well as an Associate's Degree in Architecture. His positions before opening JVK included Member of the Board of Directors, Vice President, and Regional Manager for one of the ENR top 500 contractors in the United States
Joe joined the SBG team in 2023 after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee. A four-time SEC Academic Honor Roll member, he brings with him a unique skillset to assist in the growing needs of the company operations.
Joe assists in the management of the day-to-day activities of construction projects including preconstruction, project management, and subcontractor relations. He ensures that all processes and details adhere to the high standards that SBG has created for our construction product.
